Job Details
This well established agency working within the Conference and Incentives sector is recruiting for a senior member of staff to join their team. With an enviable client portfolio of global brands, the agency offer a variety of services including creative and production, events, travel and digital.
Reporting to the MD, this newly created role will take responsibility for the management of a series of conferences and incentives, overseeing all logistics and client management.
Outline responsibilities:
Essential
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role (ideally C&I agency) with an exceptional knowledge of worldwide destinations and will have significant experience of working on incentives.
A full clean Drivers licence and ability to travel multiple times throughout the year is also essential.

Outline responsibilities:
- Attending meetings and new pitches with existing and potential clients
- Following an agreed pricing method, develop any quotes, method statements, proposals for clients as needed.
- Preparing detailed operation project plans prior to an event.
- Maintaining effective communication systems both off-site and on-site with clients and their representatives.
- Preparing detailed plans and timelines for the planning phases of each event.
- Developing detailed operational plans for each specific event including effective guidance for on-site Event Managers and Freelance staff.
- Coordinating regular updates during the planning phases on progress against the agreed project plans.
- Ensuring that events are kept within budget and effective financial control is maintained
- Ensuring that all projects are up to date financially
Essential
- Experience managing large multi-supplier, international events in an agency environment
- Experience handling senior customer stakeholders
- Experience of sourcing and working with third party suppliers and sub contractors
- Fully conversant with excellent Excel skills, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of using Event Management systems
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
