Our commercial events client is recruiting for a Sales Manager to manage a sales team (up to 12 sales representatives) ensuring that the sales operations operates at it’s most efficient in terms of resourcing, performance, motivation and skill sets. You will be driving campaigns, developing/targeting premium accounts, developing sales plans & presenting sales/revenue reports and forecasts to the Sales Director. They are looking for a high performing sales manager with experience in conference/event sales in a B2B environment, proven experience of managing medium-large teams and the ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels. If you are an exceptional sales person with a highly commercial and consultative edge then this could be the role for you.
