THE ROLE



The Operations Lead is responsible for the servicing and profitability of live event projects delivered on behalf of their largest client.



Taking a 'helicopter' view of all active projects, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of a variety of international events (ranging from 30 - 1000pax) and for continuing to organically grow the account through strong relationship building and exceptional customer service.



Day to day duties will include:



Managing and streamlining operational systems and processes and ensuring SLA's

Brief taking, proposal writing and pitching for business

Ensuring operational delivery including full logistics

Supplier negotiation and management

Budget management and reconciliation

Line management and development of staff

Strategic account management and growth

Proactively developing relationships and networking across accounts



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a similar M&E role within a comparable agency delivering live event projects or within a major global corporate client events team.



If you have a proven track record in managing client expectations, experience of leading event project teams, surpassing client event objectives and delivering on time and on budget then we need you!
