THE ROLE
Due to recent changes in the business there is now an opportunity for an experienced individual to come on board and help drive the business forward. Initially the role will be focused on delivering a number of events scheduled for 2018 however moving forward this role will develop into a more senior positon, heading up client accounts and managing the team. A broad role responsibilities will include:
Strategic account management and development
Building and developing client relationships
Resource management
Managing and implementing processes across the team to increase efficiencies
Managing events from brief through to delivery
Creating proposals and pitching
Sourcing and negotiation with venues and other suppliers
Liaising closely with internal teams
Managing full delegate registration and logistics
Preparing and reconciling budgets
Onsite management including managing freelance staff and supplies onsite
Team management and development
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must be working at a senior level from an agency background and have a proven background in delivering a broad range of events. If you have strong client facing skills and have managed your own accounts previously then we need you! Any exposure to managing automotive events would be an added benefit as would any language skills but neither are essential for the role. Candidates must be open to travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
