As PA to Global Client Services Director you will be working on and supporting the team responsible for the agencies most prestigious and high-profile account. It's a busy and varied role, you will be the main point of contact for the team a real lynch pin!
Your day will include:
Day to day:
- Diary management, travel logistics, expenses
- Team admin, handling calls
- Developing and implementing systems and initiatives
- Holiday/project charts, copy checking
- Researching for projects
- Manage suppliers, prepare costings
- Produce presentations
- Organising social gatherings
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
About You:
I'm looking for an experienced, resourceful PA/Team Secretary/Assistant with a can-do attitude and strong organisation and administration skills who enjoys working in a creative environment. With the ability to work unsupervised, you will have a flexible attitude, enjoy responsibility and take initiative supporting a wide client base and variety of projects. You will ideally come from the creative/agency world and have a keen interest in the industry.
