Lots of fancy words and obviously I’m no Quincy Jones, but in a nutshell, you know this is what it takes to direct a team as opposed to doing it yourself.

This leaves you free to crack on with juicy stuff, you know, like helping a client’s business message permeate through to the audience (there’s that word again), and ensuring quality standards and your agency’s reputation are upheld
