THE ROLE



As Head of Event Solutions you will be responsible for the co-ordination and successful solution design for all incoming RFI's, RFP's and briefs. Leading a team, you will think creatively and be on the constant quest for new and interesting ideas, technologies and destinations to really push the boundaries of events. A broad role responsibilities include:



* Producing leading creative proposals

* Researching and scoping venues, destinations and themes

* Managing all incoming RFP activity

* Leading the initial brainstorming and creative idea generation

* Working closely with event and production teams on new opportunities

* Ensuring consistency in pitches and proposals across the board

* Monitoring conversion rates

* Managing and owning costs and budgets, working with internal departments

* Where appropriate attending pitches as part of the role to secure business



THE CANDIDATE



Candidates must have a proven background in creating engaging proposals for a range of events. Candidates must have extensive destination knowledge and strong supplier relationships as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. A proven delivery background would be an added benefit, however more important is the ability to drive, create and pitch create concepts.
