Our client, an exciting central London event agency, have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and self motivated event professional with experience in venue search and venue brokerage. Their venue search team needs junior level team member to assist and grow this exciting, fast-paced business. The person will work closely with the Account Manager, who runs the division day to day, and the successful candidates responsibilities will include: managing your own projects and workload; liaising with clients and/or venues quickly and in a professional manner; accurately log and manage the enquiries; good venue knowledge across London with a hunger to seek out new and interesting spaces; working with venues and clients to ensure briefs are met and jobs are secured as quickly as possible; experience in marketing and a basic understanding of SEO and AD words; basic budget control of events including invoicing to clients and from suppliers. .
