Large outdoor London public venue are looking for a Filming & Events Coordinator to support on filming / photo-shoot requests and event bookings!

Government owned company who manage several thousand acres of parkland and public outdoor venue space.

As Filming & Events Officer / Coordinator you will be working at an iconic London outdoor venue supporting the wider events team (who cover all major public events and commercial filming at the venue) and you'll also be the main point of contact for filming / photo-shoot requests.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract ideally starting later this month / early October and you will report directly in to the Filming Manager.

Your main responsibility will be to handle all filming enquiries and filming administration (e.g. take calls & email requests from external film crews, location managers and members of the general public, send out enquiry forms, administer licensing, process screening forms, handle financial administration (invoicing/credit card payments etc), liaise with venue stakeholders and internal teams to ensure all policies and procedures are in place and on occasion assist on-site).

You will also deal with calls and admin for smaller events and although this role is mostly office based (taking phone enquiries, logging bookings, processing application forms and admin) you will get a chance to work onsite on some of the more complex and big shoots/events (possibly 3- 4 a year).


You'll be an enthusiastic, super organised and proactive team player with at least one year of administrative and customer service experience ideally gained from within the events, film & broadcast, hospitality or arts sectors. You'll be good at handling telephone enquiries, processing applications and accurately recording & sharing information and must have strong numerical and financial admin skills.

Experience of filming and/or events in historical venues or heritage locations would be very advantageous but if you haven't got this then you must have a genuine passion and interest in events and on-site filming co-ordination including location booking & admin, licenses, film crew liaison, operations and handling arrangements for vehicle access, equipment, H&S, best practice and where necessary crowd control.
