Job Details
A central London based event agency are looking for an Event Project Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for project managing your own corporate events including conferences, award ceremonies, incentive travel programmes, exhibitions etc.
You will design and write creative proposals, responsible for the budget, venue find, 3rd party supplier liaison/negotiation, delegate registration, flight/travel operations, DMC and ground arrangements through on onsite delivery and reconciliation.
You will build strong relationships with clients and proactively nurture the accounts.
You will be part of a team and work within a dynamic and creative environment.
Ideally you will have experience of Cvent or similar online technology system.
