Job Details

A global communications agency based in central London are looking for a Senior Project Manager with  several years of delivering  international incentive travel programmes.  You will be responsible for working on a wide range of incentive programmes ranging from 100 to 1200 attendees.  You will project manage your own events including budgets, planning, operations, site visits, creative production through to onsite delivery.  You will work closely with the Project Director and oversee junior team members.

You will be key point of contact for clients leading project meetings and updating on programme schedules.

You will work closely with the internal teams and 3rd party suppliers, produce onsite working schedules and staffing plans.

You will have several years of working within the agency sector and experience of project managing high profile complex events.
