VENUE ACCOUNT MANAGER – Permanent – LONDON

Salary: £31,000-£33,000 (DOE)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Venue Account Manager to join a specialist college. The main responsibilities include managing the rota, monthly meetings and appraisals for your direct reports in reception and venue hire services. In addition you will also be managing the catering contract, assigning work generated from emails/service desk requests and liaising with internal/external stakeholders about meetings and events – ensuring Health and Safety standards are always met. This role is important, as you will lead a team of four in delivering a high quality reception and venue hire service across the College.

They are looking for a confident, customer-focussed team leader with a friendly approach and can-do attitude; who will drive the team to consistently deliver a model service.

This role would be ideal for a Supervisor/Manager with a background in venue hire and catering. Due to the nature of the role, we require someone who is experience in Health and Safety legislation and managing an outsourced contract.
