Event Manager/Coordinator

A well renowned conference organiser is looking for an Event Manager/Coordinator to join their team. This is a diverse role that requires outstanding organisation skills as the successful candidate will be solely responsible for the logistics of their events.

You will be responsible for liaising with the event speakers to ensure they're prepared for the event, sourcing and managing suppliers and the on-the-day delivery of the event, including all pre-event admin, onsite logistics and liaison with all conference speakers, sponsors and the management of the onsite team.

The role involves organising 12 - 16 events a year, with the majority being two-day conferences for 100 - 400 attendees, but also training courses, marcomms activities and lectures. It is likely that some overseas travel will be required.
