We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join one of the world’s top agencies. You will be a leader who has a proven background in coaching, supporting and mentoring members of your team and have considerable knowledge of clients, SLA’s and KPI’s in order to maximise revenue at every opportunity. Travel management experience, airline and group travel knowledge along with extensive GDS systems and related technology understanding is an absolute must to be considered for this role.
