A not for profit organization that acts as a knowledge expansion platform within the healthcare sector seeks a personable and efficient Event Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of their portfolio of UK and Europe based events.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing information and communication loops and procedures with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, including letters, spec sheets, waiver forms, asset requirements, presenter information forms
  • Assisting on event programme content and final distribution
  • Managing and developing event task lists
  • Supporting the Event Director with day to day correspondence and back up
  • Contributing to the consistent development of target audience and revenue streams
  • Managing budget targets
