Brilliant Events Coordinator job with a growing London Media Company organising B2B conferences & events worldwide!

COMPANY

Highly regarded media company with central London offices who produce a range of conferences and B2B events in the diversity, technology and finance sectors.

ROLE

This is a "coordinator level" events role where you will be part of a team that organise a range of worldwide events including conferences, awards and seminars.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conference & Awards event coordination
  • Venue research & supplier liaison
  • Delegate registration
  • Event administration
  • Websites and Social Media
  • Financial administration
  • On-site event co-ordination
  • Post event reconciliation

CANDIDATE

You'll be a detailed and systems orientated Events Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years' B2B events experience.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential and candidates must be systems & process focused with good interpersonal and communication skills. A can-do attitude and a proactive and hardworking approach are very important. A degree or diploma in Event Management would be advantageous (but not vital).
