We are working with a world leading membership/business research company who are looking for an experienced Event Specialist to bolster their planning and logistic service to their dynamic research team in London. The role will see you organising logistics for and marketing very high level roundtable meetings, seminars & private visits in London & sometimes Europe. They are looking for a bright individual who is keen to manage all aspects of meeting planning, from internal technology to finance and from travel bookings to supporting council members throughout their event experience. Previous proven event management experience in a corporate environment is essential as is demonstrated fluency in using event technology & ideally experience of working with cultural, language and time zone challenges. The successful candidate should expect a hard working but rewarding culture within the small events team and the wider London business. An exciting role for an enthusiastic and hard working candidate eager to develop their events career .
