Conference Producer - Forum Events
Are you an experienced, commercially-minded and organised Conference Producer, looking for your next challenge?
A rare opportunity has arisen within the Haymarket Business Media (HBM) division for an exceptional Conference Producer. Reporting into the Director of Events, you will shape and manage the content for our Forum events portfolio, primarily in the Conference, Events and Marketing sectors. The content at these events is to key to attracting the right calibre of delegates whom we require to match with the suppliers in the sector who pay to attend for the pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings. This would be the perfect role for a Conference Producer who wants to explore a new and exciting opportunity outside of the traditional conference route.
This is a unique role where great content is a key part of an event. We are looking for someone with excellent research skills and for someone who is able to produce "must attend" events with interesting and dynamic speakers. The content has to be relevant to the delegates, of the moment, fun and interesting. You will work closely with the event managers along with the marketing and editorial teams to deliver the events. Your role would mean that you are the key contact for all of the content elements at the event and the point of contact for all speakers. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the current events whilst also being integral in extending the portfolio of this type of product
