Job Details
A global communications agency are looking for an Account Executive to work on a one year fixed term contract. You will be working within the Brand Experience Team for a global automotive client – assisting on the delivery across a range of international event activities
You will be supporting the marketing team on a diverse range of consumer facing experiential projects including sponsorship/partnership activities, exhibitions and events.
You will be responsible for working closely with a variety of 3rd party suppliers – sourcing requirements for projects including assets, scripts, schedules, photography etc.
Ideally you will have some experience in sponsorship/partnership programmes.
You will research information for projects, produce concise, accurate and clear documentation for the team throughout the life cycle of the event project.
Good experience of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Flexibility to travel overseas
