THE ROLE



There is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Manager to join their close-knit and dedicated team and take the lead on events across their client base. A broad and all encompassing role; responsibilities will include:



Managing events from initial concept through to delivery

Maintaining and developing client relationships

Preparing event proposals

Implementing project timelines and meeting deadlines

Overseeing and managing a team

Ensuring resource allocation

Ensuring processes and SLA's

Engaging and managing freelancers

Liaising and negotiating with AV suppliers, hotels and DMC's

Budget management and reconciliation

Onsite management



THE CANDIDATE



Candidates must have a proven background of running events from initial brief through to financial reconciliation including full logistics, supplier management and onsite support. This could be gained either from working within an agency, med coms company or client side (for a pharmaceutical client) as exposure to running events in the healthcare sector is essential. Exposure to managing and developing a team would be preferred and strong commercial and client facing skills are essential.
