THE COMPANY

This specialist event supplier is well known for providing a range of catering, furniture and interior equipment to impressive clients across the UK & Europe. Supplying equipment for a variety of events from small scale parties through to huge sporting events! Due to continuous success and high demand, now is a fantastic time to join this company!

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for looking after key Festival and Music clients looking after their furniture hire requirements for all key festival dates and high profile music tours. They work with some huge festivals including Creamfields, Reading and Wireless just to name a few!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing a range of key accounts
• Following up on enquiries via telephone and email
• Listening to a clients requirements and producing a quote accordingly
• Pitching a suitable quote back to the client
• Negotiating on pricing
• Up-selling to the client effectively
• Collecting post-event feedback

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with festivals, music tours and outdoor events. You will have the ability to manage key accounts as well as pro-actively up-sell.

You are likely to have come from an Artist Liaison, Production Co-Ordinator, Production Assistant background and will have already been working in the music industry.

You will be organised, passionate and have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
