Senior Producer - (live event agency)

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
As Senior Producer you'll lead a team of Producers, Technical Project Managers, Logistics Managers and Project Coordinators on specific large-scale events. Leading by example you'll establish a clear direction for projects, and ensure they are kept on track - strategically, creatively, technically and financially. Client liaison and team leadership are key, and you'll enjoy bringing your proven experience to new and exciting creative and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Producer on a range of event projects - mainly large scale
• Full end to end delivery of complex live event and communications projects
• Client management and liaison
• Lead the design process and the development of creative solutions
• Lead the team on all aspects of Creative, Technical and Logistics - motivate the team to devise and deliver original ideas and exceptional product
• Financial management of projects and project reporting
• Be 'the rock' for your client and your team

THE CANDIDATE
You'll be an established events agency Producer/Senior Producer, Project Director, or Event Director - who already has significant experience of delivering a wide range of live events projects and managing production and creative teams. You'll love a big and challenging project, leading the project team, bringing on the skills and knowledge of your more junior colleagues. You'll be looking for the opportunity to take your career and experience to the next level, with exposure to more challenging and exciting projects. And to share your expertise with others.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in a similar Producer/Senior producer role
• Experience of delivering a varied range of live event projects
• Creative live events agency experience, and a varied client history
• Core production skills across a wide set of competencies (technical and creative) with excellent project management skills proven on large projects
• Proven capability to lead £multi-million projects, with excellent project and client management skills
• Team leadership skills and team management experience
• Specialist in live presentations, both content preparation and delivery
• Courage to challenge and innovate
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
