Excellent opportunity for a multi-talented Event Project Co-ordinator to take the next step in your event career with this busy and successful live events agency.

THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic integrated agency - producing award-winning live event and digital solutions from it's beautiful waterside West London offices, for an impressive array of clients.

THE ROLE
You'll be working in the Production Team - and closely with the Producer/s as they work on a varied range of global live event projects. Your activities will be really varied as you work to support the team across all aspects of logistics, design, content and technical production of events. From organising meetings and travel arrangements, contact reports, event schedules, supplier liaison, research across all areas (venue, entertainment, consumables) and logistics management. You'll be fully involved in projects through all stages of pre-production through to on-site. A key part of this role will be learning and increasing your level of expertise, so in the foreseeable future (timescale depending on your current level)you would step up the Associate Producer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Producers across all aspects of event pre-production and on-site
  • Project tasks as allocated (across logistics, production and content development)Meeting co-ordination, attendance and contact reports
  • Produce and collate documents, schedules etc
  • Support team across centralised admin processes eg managing supplier contracts and payment schedules
  • Administrative support to the team as required
  • Research activities (venues, suppliers, consumables)
  • Work on event projects pre-event and on-site
  • Liaise with clients as required


THE CANDIDATE
You'll have some proven co-ordination experience in the events sector - ideally within an events agency. You'll have excellent co-ordination and communication skills, and be enthusiastic, confident and efficient. You'll be looking for a proper opportunity to take your career and experience to the next level - and you'll have the excellent administration skills and attention to detail to support this. Pro-active, enthusiastic and a real team player!

Key requirements:
  • Excellent co-ordination and administration skills
  • Previous experience (minimum on year) working in events
  • Good level Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Bags of common sense and clear career focus within live events
  • Previous experience working as a co-ordinator in an events agency is ideal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to stay calm in a crisis, multi-task, be all things to all men/women - and with a good sense of humour
  • Looking to develop a career in live event production
  • Team player, 'can do' atttitude
