Due to on going success, they are now on the look out for a Scenic Department Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for leading the agencies response on various client briefs and working with internal teams to develop compelling and innovative proposals.

THE ROLE

This agency are looking for a Scenic Department Manager to join their team and play a key role in the planning and delivery of technical production for a wide range of events.

As a Scenic Department Manager you will be involved in;

*Attending client meetings and discussing their requirements
*Prepare quotes and pitch documents
*Managing projects from brief through to on-site delivery and work out costings
*Carrying out site visits
*Putting together technical specification
*Producing quotes
*Understanding CAD drawings
*Managing event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation
*Managing and reporting on budget
*Overseeing event on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Scenic Department Manager role you will ideally have worked previously for a production agency or AV company. It is important that you have client-facing skills teamed with the ability to manage the production of events from start to finish, including full technical specification.
