Trading for over 12 years, this company are highly regarded in the industry for providing interactive audience response systems for live events. Working both with end clients and agencies they work on a broad range of events including conferences, exhibitions, launch events and auctions.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and a busy calendar of events they are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to come on board and take ownership of projects across the board. A broad role responsibilities include:
Client management and liaison
Working closely with internal teams
Collating and packing equipment for events
Installing equipment and software onsite
Liaising with suppliers
Managing freelancers / crew onsite
Trouble shooting and providing demonstrations / rehearsals of the equipment
Ensuring the smooth running of events
De-rig of events
Preparing post event analysis / reporting at the end of an event
Budget management and reconciliation
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must be client facing and ideally have had some exposure to either the events or technology sector. An interest or knowledge of technology, networking, coding or IT would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Any experience or knowledge of graphic bases packages such as Photoshop and an understanding of Microsoft Office products would be ideal but again is not essential as full training can be given.
Candidates will be expected to go onsite (both in the UK and internationally) for events so it is critical that you are able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
