EMEA EVENT PLANNER – 3-6 Month Contract – LONDON

Salary: £275-£300 per day (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced candidate from the financial services sector to join a leading asset management firm on an initial 3-6 month contract.  The role will see you a busy events team delivering a series of conferences and 3rd party sponsorship programmes for internal staff and clients.  You will be managing the logistical delivery across EMEA and will be heavily involved with internal event leads and charged with sourcing venues, building and managing budgets, inviting and registering delegates, working with 3rd party suppliers such as AV / Production agencies and going onsite when required to ensure flawless delivery.  The successful candidate will have a proven background in financial services and be able to start fairly quickly.
