The Royal Horticultural Society is the world’s premier gardening charity, dedicated to promoting the love of gardening and excellence in horticulture. As Deputy Show Manager you will work closely with the Show Manager on the planning, organisation and delivery of the large outdoor event, the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park. You will assist in delivering the event on time, within budget and to quality standards. The Show attracts over 60,000 visitors each year with fresh content, displays, entertainment and more.

With excellent communication skills, you will be a highly motivated and organised individual who relishes the pressure of progressing multiple projects simultaneously. Keeping a strong handle on budgets whilst showing creativity and an innovative approach is essential. A good understanding of the horticulture industry will be extremely beneficial. You will need to be comfortable working as part of a collaborative team, as well as having the drive and confidence to take personal responsibility for your projects.
