Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Producer to join this well known retail estate taking ownership for the organisation and management of a diverse range of small, medium and large scale events from concept to completion. Working in collaboration with retail partners and brands and based in one of London's most exciting hubs, your objective will be to increase footfall and spend through creative and engaging events,



Responsibilities include the administration and organisation of all event and activation content, logistics and the preparation and completion of the relevant documentation with full liaison with internal departments and external suppliers. The Events Manager/ Producer will manage all events and activations and assist with event marketing, ticketing, press and publicity activities where assigned.



Responsibilities overview

  • To engage with external partners to create and maintain positive partnerships to inject new, innovative and engaging content in to retail events, activations, pop-ups and wider Estate activations.


  • To cost-effectively book all relevant event infrastructure, content and staff, where applicable, and negotiate on all event costs and fees where applicable


  • To coordinate and manage assigned event budgets


  • Prepare, co-ordinate and complete all relevant event correspondence, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, evaluations and other documentation as required.


  • To assist with the co-ordination and administration of departmental and event marketing and publicity activities in line with relevant strategies, schedules and external agencies.


  • To be present at all assigned events as Event Manager.


  • To work weekends, Bank Holidays and out of normal working hours as required.




Essential requirements

  • Relevant experience within event management at a supervisory role, gained within a business, events or retail environment.
  • Proven experience of working within the retail, events, charity or entertainment sector.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks / projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Experience in co-ordinating indoor events and / or projects.
  • Staff management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience of effective budget management.
  • Good organisational, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft based computer packages.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of various event aspects inclusive of technical, front of house, aesthetics, marketing and publicity.
  • A team player with a flexible approach and creative flair.
