You will revel in taking clients from merely being pleased with the services delivered to becoming advocates, you will be a charismatic leader empowering your team (7 direct reports) to deliver nothing but flawless outputs, you will raise performance by challenging and improving processes, ideas and structures within the agency and have previous experience within the financial services sector (either client or agency side). This role will report directly in to the CEO and will offer you plenty of chances for development and progression.
