THE ROLE



Due to their ongoing success and business growth there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Production / Production Director to come on board and take ownership of all production within the business. A broad and senior level role responsibilities include:



Heading up all production for the business

Taking and interpreting client briefs

Developing creative and technical solutions to client briefs

Taking ownership of proposals for RFI's and RFP's

Pitching for business

Developing a plan to accelerate even further the growth of their production offering

Driving technical / technology innovation across the team and throughout the agency

Working closely with internal teams

Overseeing project delivery across the team to ensure production values are maintained and developed even further

Developing "top level" relationships with key suppliers

Playing a key role within the senior management team - driving the overall direction of the agency

Budget management

Resource management including managing and selecting suppliers, freelancers and staff

Managing production onsite (both across the UK and oversees)



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal candidate will come from an event, production or creative agency where they have managed all areas of technical production, covering a wide range of live events globally. Candidates must have proven capabilities in developing technical solutions, creating proposals and pitching for business. Strong knowledge and links with suppliers within the industry is a must as is a deep production and content understanding.
