THE ROLE



Due to continued growth of both accounts and additional wins there is a now a need for an experienced Project Manager to come on board and take ownership of a range of events across the year. A broad role responsibilities include:



* Creating, planning and delivering a range of events across the year

* Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking

* Working closely with internal departments

* Supplier liaison and negotiation

* Briefing and liaising with production and creative teams

* Budget management and reconciliation

* Supporting and managing more junior team members

* Client management

* On-site event management

* Post event reconciliation



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role at an event agency, with a proven background of running their own events from end to end including managing full logistics and budget management. Any exposure to the healthcare sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
