Working with end clients and agencies, their events are limitless and include raft building, murder mystery days; it's a knockout and cocktail making challenges. No two days are ever the same as you gain exposure to a broad range of events and are involved in all aspects of event delivery.



You will be working as part of a fun and close-knit team where career development and opportunities are in abundance!



THE ROLE



Due to their on going success, they are now seeking an Event Executive / Manager to join the team and become part of a company where no two days are ever the same!



Overall responsibilities will include:



* Assisting the team on site, setting up and taking down of events

* Liaising with clients and internal teams

* Supplier and sponsor liaison

* Generation of event proposals and budgets

* Managing client contracts and invoices

* Preparing marketing promotional material

* Managing social media websites

* General administration duties



THE CANDIDATE



To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events environment. We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with a little experience working within the events industry. Most importantly, it is crucial that you have the drive and motivation to grow and develop within your events career! To be considered, you must hold a valid driving license.
