Fancy moving to a great agency and filling some big shoes?  We need an Operations Director with experience in the Pharma / Healthcare sector to join a team that have cemented their name in this sector over the past 20+ years.  This will involve you leading a team, being part of the pitch and proposal process, manage resource within the agency, lead on the management and development of 3rd party supplier relationships, be the point person for clients and ongoing projects, be commercially aware and the linchpin of the agency representing your team and the brand at all times.  In return you will get to work with a team who have a really family culture and vibe to their business and look after their team.  Experience in the pharma sector is vital along with line management responsibilities in a similar role.
