THE AGENCY
As one of the leading staffing and experiential agencies in the UK; engaging brand experience is truly at the heart of what they do. Originally specialising in the provision of dedicated brand ambassadors to a huge variety of projects UK wide they have recently expanded their services to full experiential project delivery. Working with a host of varied clients and utilising internal creative and staffing teams they offer design, production, implementation and logistical management.
With ambitious development plans for the future they are looking to bring an Experiential Account Manager on board to support in the growth of the experiential delivery arm of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on the direction of an expanding and exciting organisation!
THE ROLE
As Experiential Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, driving the development of new opportunities and delivering projects on a day to day basis. Responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with the Head of Department
*Managing relationships and growing accounts with key clients
*Establishing new leads to drive business forward
*Pulling together proposals and pitching for business
*Leading multiple projects from brief through to completion
*Briefing and collaborating with the internal creative team
*Managing the relationship with external suppliers
*Holding financial accountability and managing budgets
*Overseeing the delivery of activations onsite
*Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates who are currently working within an experiential or communications agency at Senior Account Executive or Account Manager level. Candidates must have proven experience in developing key client relationships whilst also taking the lead on the implementation of a variety of projects.
