THE ROLE
You'll be joining their talented Events Team of Project Managers and take responsibility for your own events - dealing directly with the client, and your internal creative and delivery teams. Full end to end event management of creative reward events, working internationally on events that inspire, communicate, motivate and reward.

• Develop and cost creative event proposals for varied clients
• Negotiate and manage UK and international suppliers and venues
• Project manage successful delivery of varied international events
• Budget management, and oversee all aspects of project delivery - creative, logistics and production

We're looking for an experienced agency event project manager, who loves delivering creative event and incentive projects … you'll be rewarded well for your experience and expertise as well as working with some amazing client names!

You'll need to have:

• Experience working as an Event Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager within an events agency
• Experience of full end to end event project delivery - including international events
• Proposal and costing generation
• Pre-event planning, and on-site delivery of varied events
• Experience of working with, briefing and co-ordinating varied suppliers and DMCs
