THE COMPANY

With a pedigree in delivering a host of high profile pharmaceutical events, amongst other sectors, this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of healthcare clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings to ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting extensions and developments on their key accounts, we are now recruiting a role that will be based predominately at the client's offices to ensure the smooth delivery of the global events programme.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a Producer to join their live events and production team. Working alongside all in-house team, this is a broad roles and it covers every aspect from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site.

As an Event Producer you will be client facing in your approach, and key responsibilities will include;

* Assisting across client pitches and proposals
* Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
* Working with the internal design, creative, production, digital and video teams
* Working on pre event production
* Speaker coaching and developing content
* Budget management and reconciliation
* On site management on a range of global projects

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Content Producer role you must have experience working within an events agency as Producer, developing content across a range of projects. Candidates must ideally have agency experience and a proven background in leading on agency responses on briefs and pitching, as well as the ability to manage a team and oversee internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of the client's message.
