Events Team Manager

Join our vibrant and exciting Events team as an Events Team Manager, responsible for the day-to-day delivery and operational planning of a wide range of educational events and conferences that makes up our education programme, which supports Anaesthetists at all stages of their careers. You will line manage a team of Event Coordinators to deliver the end-to-end management of event logistics, marketing, administration and budget reporting.

As Events Team Manager, you will join a dynamic forward thinking team at an exciting time as we implement a new education strategy. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Associate Director of Education and Events to deliver innovation as well as efficiencies for over 100 events a year from high impact simulation events for groups of 30 people up to largescale conferences for over 400.

If you have experience in managing successful educational events and are proficient in line managing a team of multiple people, then you are just what we are looking for! As a team, we are proactive, professional, calm and confident with an organised outlook and hardworking attitude, and are looking for a like-minded colleague ready to lead a group of people to deliver a world class service.
