Senior  Producer / Account Manager - Live Event

Event Concept is looking for a Senior Producer / Account Manager.  In our world, our Senior Producer / Account Managers are a hybrid role which covers the strategic account management of our larger clients and venues teamed with a solid understanding of what it means to produce an amazing live event.  This role is perfect for someone who loves creating lasting client relationships equally as much as delivering amazing experiences for them.

What does a typical week look like? 

Managing client relationships:

• Working with your existing clients as well as new ones to building lasting partnerships
• Working on pitches and quotes yourself or supporting your team members to.  Interpreting client briefs, using strategic thinking to give creative input alongside ensuring that the brief and budget are fully understood by everyone involved
• Generally ensuring that client contact from yourself, and your team is Always Excellent 

Leading by example

• Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, as a Senior Account Manager an important part of your role is to ensure that our less experienced account managers learn from you 
• Living our values.  Culture is important to us, and we expect our senior people to embrace it and help team members to do the same
• Build a positive, friendly and responsive atmosphere within your project team leading by example, consistently maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude and encouraging this in colleagues

Collaboration

• Meeting with our creative team to pull together concepts and creative solutions to client briefs, working with clients to ensure their creative brand guidelines are understood and consistently applied
• Spending time with our Lighting, Audio, Video, Staging and Visual Merchandising teams to get their input into your events from the outset

• You are a seasoned producer with significant experience in not only delivering large scale events but winning them too.
• You are naturally driven to build lasting relationships with clients, with a black book of contacts you have proven ability to bring clients back time and time again
• You have a solid understanding of creative, logistical, technical, operational and production procedures
• You have experience leading a team and can motivate and develop less experienced team members
• You’re a strong communicator, both in person and in written content
• You don’t get phased under pressure; you’re the consummate professional.  Even when something isn’t going quite accordingly to plan, you remain calm and get the situation sorted
• You have a strong track record in delivering complex events with big budgets both B2C and B2B in a variety of sectors (conference, awards, experiential, dinners).
