THE ROLE



With new clients coming on board and existing clients bringing in even more business, there is now the opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to come on board and take ownerships of a range of events across the year.



This is a broad role that includes:



* Brief taking and developing a detailed understanding of the client's objectives

* Setting, communicating and managing timelines for every project

* Developing and maintaining trusting client relationships

* Sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships

* Managing project budgets

* Attending client meetings pre and post event

* Managing and sourcing theming, content and creative elements for each project

* Coordinating all event operations within a project

* Onsite management



THE CANDIDATE



The ideal candidate will have previous event agency experience, or extensive experience of managing corporate events for a client or association end to end. This role would be perfect for an existing Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager/Exec who is confident in their abilities of full event management and looking for their next step up. Confidence in communicating with senior level clients and your event team is essential.
