Client Delivery Director

A fast growing event technology company that provide on-site data capture solutions to the organisers of conferences, trade shows and other B2B events working with a predominantly blue chip client base seeks a Client Delivery Director. You will be responsible for leading our client delivery team in the successful planning, implementation and delivery of client projects encompassing a mixture of managed service, self service and enterprise accounts. You will also take on responsibility of the on-boarding of clients from our managed services to a new self service product range.



Key Responsibilities

• Attending weekly management meetings and monthly board meetings
• Providing input during weekly product meetings
• Producing relevant department reports to inform these meetings
• Coordinating team performance reviews
• Managing recruitment and training of new team members
• Providing ongoing support to client delivery team
• Controlling department budget and equipment purchases
• Approving project purchase orders and team expenses
• Maintaining processes and standards for client delivery
• Monitoring project GPM to ensure targets are met
• Scheduling team resource and equipment
• Ensuring client satisfaction across all projects
• Keeping user guides and client templates up to date

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of technology and data to lead conversations with non-technical stakeholders, exceptional account management and customer service skills backed up with excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside a understanding of events industry and specialist delivery requirements
