We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the structures team of a well-established event organisation - this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic business!

THE AGENCY

Our client is a leading international event solutions company who deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across the world! Working with a broad variety of clients they service some of the most prestigious sporting, commercial and cultural occasions on the global event calendar. They specialise in delivering temporary event environments, large scale event project management and varied event equipment solutions. As they have in-house divisions including structures, event solutions and catering they are able to offer bespoke and innovative services tailored specifically to their client's needs!

They are now looking to grow their structures division with a Junior Project Manager who will be managing the design and installation of temporary event structures - this is a brilliant opportunity not to be missed!

THE ROLE

As Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the design and build of wide variety of temporary structure projects for a broad client base.

Key responsibilities for this role include;

* Managing and developing client relationships
* Taking and understanding a client brief to define project scope
* Guiding the client on possible solutions and remaining as key contact throughout
* Managing the day to day operational requirements of the project
* Identifying resource needs and assigning responsibility to team members
* Managing project timelines and deadlines
* Working closely with internal departments including operations
* Sourcing and managing sub-contractors
* Overseeing the implementation of health & safety
* Preparing budgets and managing cost control to maximise profit
* Managing the delivery of projects onsite when required

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with experience working within the events industry. Any experience within the project management of design & build/event structures or sporting areas of the industry would be beneficial. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career into a Project Manager position. Client facing skills and any experience in dealing with budgets and finances would be an advantage.
