Events Manager

Location:  Myddelton House,  Enfield, North London

Type of position:  Permanent

Lee Valley Regional Park is a 10,000 acre, 26-mile long mosaic of award-winning parklands, sports venues, heritage sites, gardens, nature reserves and riverside walks and has a history of providing community engagement activity over the last 50 years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated events professional to join the region’s leading events team. We are looking to recruit an ambitious and forward thinking events professional with the capability of managing large-scale and highly prestigious sporting and commercial events. 


Continuing the legacy from the London 2012 Olympic Games, you will help deliver some of the Country’s largest sports events, working in partnership with sport’s International Federations, National Governing Bodies, the Authority’s major sporting venues and commercial operators and open space portfolio across London, Hertfordshire and Essex.   


The main aspect of this role is to support Senior Management in the design and delivery of a hugely diverse and exciting events portfolio.  You will have the opportunity to stamp your creative influence on the events programme as we look to engage with new audiences and partners.

Successful applicants will be required to obtain a Disclosure Certificate from the Criminal Records Bureau, for which assistance will be given
