THE ROLE
The role is for the day-to-day management of multiple experiential campaigns. The role combines event planning and management while building strong client relationships along with financial management.
Working closely with the Digital division team and supporting a Digital Producer, looking after the delivery of large digital content projects and participation in pitches you will get involved in:
Planning and management of live events and digital projects (including onsite support)
Briefing and coordinating internal creative, digital and production departments to deliver projects
Client contact at mid-senior level (attending meetings)
Supplier liaison
Create and manage detailed project plans, managing key deadlines for multiple suppliers
Work with the creative team to develop the overall look and feel of potential (pitch) and live projects
Full budget ownership - ensure margins met and exceeded!
Client reporting - ensure procurement regulations are adhered to
Build KPI's for each project, ensuring delivery of throughout project
Build and grow client account organically

The ideal candidate should have experience with digital installation within an event agency.
