Ticketing and Hospitality Coordinator

A financial institution based in Canary Wharf are looking for Ticketing & Hospitality Co-ordinator for a 9-12 month contract.  You will be working within the Client Services Team and be responsible for managing the day to day  requirements and administration for hospitality ticketing  and sponsorship requirements.

You will work closely with the Head of Client Service and team to develop the ticket and hospitality function.  Build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and proactively look for new upcoming events and new openings in London

You will manage the day to day admin, meet deadlines/time scales, contracts, ensuring monthly accounts are submitted on time etc.

You will ideally already have experience of working within corporate hospitality and some ticketing experience.

You must be a self-starter, confident, ability to multi-task and with a creative outlook
