This is a fantastic time for this company and they are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team and support their growth specifically within the exhibitions side of the business.

THE ROLE

Our client is now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their exhibition team in there East Midlands based office. Responsible for supporting the team across a diverse portfolio of projects as well as managing various feature stands from end to end.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the wide team with the delivery of complex projects
* Managing the end to end planning process for small builds
* Managing some travel and accommodation logistics
* Working closely with in-house teams including creative
* Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
* Adhering to health and safety regulations and risk assessments
* Contributing to budgets and cost management
* Assisting with the install, delivery and break down of projects onsite
* Working across a busy calendar of projects

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who are currently working in either an exhibition design and build agency or an event agency supporting across exhibition stand projects. Candidates from other backgrounds such as experiential, temporary structure or retail build may also be considered. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious individual with a willingness to learn and develop their career within this fantastic organisation!
