This well-established Swiss production agency are offering the chance for a talented Senior Project Manager to join their team overseas and use your technical production knowledge to deliver a range of global events!

This agency successfully delivers a wide variety of events including intimate meetings through to large scale congresses predominately for the pharmaceutical sector throughout Europe and the Far East. With big budgets and high profile clients this agency prides itself on high production values, attention to detail and exceeding expectations each and every time.

With continued success and growth plans for the future, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their team where you will work closely with clients and take the lead on technical production delivery.

THE ROLE

Being part of a fantastic working environment, you will work closely with internal teams and senior members with responsibilities including:

*Acting as the central point of client contact throughout
*Taking and understanding the initial brief and client objectives
*Providing creative technical solutions and challenging the brief
*Leading the creative and technical direction of the project
*Managing project timelines and deadlines
*Overseeing delivery via internal teams including design & production
*Sourcing, selecting and briefing suppliers
*Attending site visits
*Managing project budgets and costings
*Coordinating onsite installation and delivery

THE CANDIDATE

We are ideally looking for a client facing Senior Project Manager or senior level Production Manager who has managed the technical event production across corporate projects. Any experience within the pharmaceutical sector or knowledge of CAD/Vectorworks software would be beneficial but are not essential.
