THE ROLE

Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity for an Account Manager to come on board and support across the board in bringing on new clients and developing existing accounts. A broad role responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the sales and delivery team
  • Supporting with proposals for new business and existing accounts
  • Consultatively advising and liaising with clients from proposal to onsite running
  • Supporting with the development of new business
  • Working across a range of social media channels
  • Account management and development
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Attending national and international networking events, social events, exhibitions and conferences
  • Supporting onsite when required


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel and events industry and a desire to work for one of the leading agencies! A background of working within events industry would be advantageous, and exposure to working on proposals including venue sourcing and supplier liaison would be an added benefit. An interest in international travel and strong client facing skills are desirable.

You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to perform well under pressure. Any additional languages will be beneficial but not essential.
