THE COMPANY

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest and most prestigious venues in the capital. Part of a large (and growing) international company they are renowned for delivering some of the most imaginative experiential events, exhibitions and brand experience events. Being responsible for creating and delivering their own portfolio they are also responsible for the management and delivery of a unique range of events including film premiers, experiential campaigns, launch events and music events for a broad range of brands!

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and success there is now an opportunity for a Project Manager to come on board and work across a wide range of events across the year within the diverse venue. A broad role responsibilities will include:

End to end management of a wide range of events including activations and entertainment installations
Creating and communicating project plans
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
Building and maintaining relationships with management, partners and agencies
Ensuring events are delivered on time and in budget
Liaising with sponsors and suppliers
Budget management
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in managing events end to end ideally gained from the experiential / live events sector. Candidates must have strengths in supplier liaison and be used to managing projects with multiple suppliers / sponsors. Candidates must be client facing and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.
