Senior Account Coordinator – Venue Find

A global event agency based in central London are looking for an experienced venue finder to deliver complex events for a global client.  You will be responsible for sourcing venues/hotels for a variety of events including conferences, incentive programmes, training programmes, road shows, product launches etc. 

From the initial proposals, budgets, contracting, 3rd party supplier negotiations, timelines, schedules etc.

This will be a client facing role and therefore you must have attention to detail, excellent admin and IT skills, numeracy  and writing skills.

You must be  confident with a positive outlook and eager to learn new skills.
