A unique opportunity to join this leading company at an exciting point in their development!
THE COMPANY
This leading AV company, have a well established base and a proven background of providing rigging, lighting and AV equipment for a range of events and for a variety of impressive clients.
Working in partnership with a leading multi-purpose London venue they are play an integral role in leading on (and supplying) the AV and production for a broad range of events from exhibitions and conferences through to award ceremonies, private parties and everything in between!
THE ROLE
Due to an increase in business and with a busy events calendar for 2019 they are now looking for an Account / Production Manager to come on board and take the lead on production for a variety of events that come into the venue.
A broad role responsibilities will include:
Being the main point of contact for all production
Managing and developing client relationships (from initial enquiry)
Being involved in the initial site visit / show around
Advising on production and AV solutions within a range of spaces
Putting together quotations
Working closely with the technical department
Cross-selling and up-selling services and production
Overseeing the full production including overseeing installs
Liaising heavily with internal teams including event operations and technical teams
Being a key point of client contact throughout a project and ensuring excellent customer service
Managing external suppliers and freelance crew when required
Overseeing events on-site
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a solid understanding of production gained from working from either a production agency, AV supply company or venue. Experience of working on a variety of event's (and in a variety of spaces) would be preferred! Candidates must be client facing and have exceptional skills in building and developing relationships! Account or Project Managers currently working for an AV company within a venue will also be considered.
